The only thing Google found about mscopy:

One utility I use often is MSCOPY, used like so:
chx /dd/cmds < ---mscopy is here with e and pe set
chd /d1
mscopy * /dd -A -D
What it does is copies everything from where you are, in this case /d1 to /dd, copying subdirectories and making subdirectories on the destination as neededl.
PM me with your email and I will send you the utility. Its (like all OS9 files) very small. Dial up shouldn?t be a problem.
