[Coco] Issues with NitrOS9 build

Bob if I remember right from our experiments with trying to get your MV menu demo to run, your Coco 3 was running 2.3.6 if you didn't change it later. We were comparing versions to find the problem as you could run it and I could not.

Yes, Bill. I'm pulling as per Tormod's directions.
What I really can't understand is why, when the byte at offset $10 is set to
$07, both VCC and MESS should fail to boot. IIRC, all my OS9 floppy disks
(80 track DS/DD) have that byte set the same on my *real* coco, and they
boot fine, albeit with an earlier version of NitrOS9. (not sure right now
which version; I'll need to boot the coco3 to find out).
