[Coco] Source to MultiVue or Gshell

You will really hate the Gshell code, then... it was originally written in C, and Kent Meyers disassembled/commented it at that point, and starting adding some features/made bug fixes. He gave me his source for 1.24/5, and I did 1.26 based on that.
