[Coco] NitrOS9 build errors

Tormod,
regarding the DW image files in the build, five files are tagged in the HTML
file as being 1440 sectors, 360k and yet are tagged as 96TPI, Double
Density, Double Sided.
They are:
kyumgai_dw.dsk
mm_dw.dsk
multivue_6309_dw.dsk
multivue_6809_dw.dsk
subsim_dw.dsk
This is after making the modification to rules.mak regarding OS9FORMAT_DS80.
I'm not sure why thses DW disks are formatted wrong.
