[Coco] nitros9 floppy to/from .dsk image

Hi gang,

Any body have a procedure to make dw images from coco booted to nitros9 
and visa-versa. Not from a pc.

Some kind of bit for bit transfer?

Backup doesn't work, and dsave cannot be used on boot floppies.
