Same here. My dad got a Tandy 1000SL to help on his school admin chores (HS
principal). I helped him set it up and took the opportunity to delve into
the MSDOS world for a bit at least to know more about what made it tick.
Did upgrade the stock RAM to 640k and installed a hard drive card with a
smart watch - no problems there; not a glitch as well with the programs
installed on it: from productivity to a couple of games I tried ran
perfectly with no compatibility issues - ran Quattro Pro as well as Word
Perfect 5; on the games front I played Man Hunter NY and the Kings Quest
series for long nights on school nights (living dangerously!).
