[Coco] Disk BASIC - OPEN with append?

Hi,

Google came up with several locations for the documentation, but on sites that the webmaster must have had lots of fun creating an non-function site.

The most promising was archive.org but Google did not supply a good page.

Looking at the CoCo dumps I could not find the program.
