The default rb1773 used in NitrOS-9 does not activate No-Halt operation. If you 
want that feature, you must use one of the alternate rb1773 drivers and build a 
new OS9Boot file.
The alternate drivers will be found in the NITROS9 directory on the distribution 
disks.
