[Coco] 1980 CoCoCoding contest? (4K Color BASIC 1.0)

Trying to get roar setup to maybe do something for the contest, but I can
only get the 1.1 Rom to work. The 1.0 rom I found (from the
colorcomputerarchive) does not work.
