OK!!
For everyone on the list who is interested. Do we want cobbler to automatically
make "extended" bootfiles as needed, or do we want cobbler to use an -e option
as os9gen now does?
The second case makes it backwards compatible. The first requires any user of
disks created with fragmented bootfiles to have the current Boot module that can
handle fragmentation.
