[Coco] Suggestions for a simple disk based text editor?

No, this is a Disk BASIC program. I don't do windoze.

I'll upload a .dsk somewhere later, but like I said, someone else has
to scan the docs. I can mail a physical copy of the docs but I don't
have scanning.
