For those who didn't click - this is full motion video on a TRS-80 Model 4, spooling off of two floppy disks. As one disk it playing, he swaps out the second disk, and repeats. It is playing the intro from the 1970s Tom Baker-era Doctor Who TV shows, including audio. Very cool.
