[Coco] POKEs and PEEKs in NitrOS-9?

Tim, I didn't know the floppy controller acted different from other carts.
If that's the case, a simple util to switch the slot "would" work in OS9.
Or one could write an alt driver that switches the slot, then returns it when done.

This isn't correct. The FDC in a floppy controller is addressed by the
SCS* line and the SCS* line is switched by the MPI.
So software is fully in control to select any of the floppy
controllers in the MPI.
