[Coco] eBay's New Policy

I bought a VCR from a guy, and he sent me a piece of junk that would not
work, after describing it as a "good working unit". He refused to refund my
money, and said if I wanted to send it back (at my own expense) he would
take it back, but STILL not refund anything. I made a case with eBay, and
after a couple of weeks they put the ENTIRE price back into my PayPal
account, including shipping charges.

And I have NOT seen the guy back selling anything else, unless he's going
under a different username.
