[Coco] eBay's New Policy

Except they don't. eBay favors the buyer. eBay has grown to be the largest 
service of it's type without this new policy and several other revisions.

They are going to kill their business by doing things like this that make it 
less attractive for people to use the service.

Hopefully this new policy will aid in keeping transactions honest.  From one 
comment on this thread I never thought about a buyer scamming; I guess they 
could easily swap an item and then claim it was bad;  serial numbers should 
aid with this I would think, but if not then eBay should also help the 
seller.
