[Coco] 6809 compilers

I can confirm that lwtools binaries built with mingw/msys do not require
mingw (or any additional software) to execute. They are self contained
standard windows executables and should work on any system from win95 to
win8. This is different than using cygwin, which does require cygwin
libraries on the system or a cygwin.DLL to be present.
