You are using yahoo, who single handedly broke most email protocols about 3
weeks ago by going to a 'DMARC' style of mail checking. Then 10 days or so
ago, so did AOL. Because its basically a broken protocol, many of the
email systems will not go to the trouble of arranging an authentification
that works, mainly because it only seems to work right with a source that
does use DMARC. Either way, its broken for well over half the rest of the
world.
You do have a choice, and that is to learn how to run your own email agent,
sending and receiving through the server your own ISP provides.
I have no idea if would do any good to crawl up yahoo's nose and agitate
for them to drop it. But from remarks they've made, I doubt they will
listen.
This CAN be done on windows, but its a lot easier to do on linux where you
have dozens of choices for the email agent you do use.
