[Coco] CoCoFest - No promotion?

There has been a lot of talk about streaming the fest on this list, at the fest itself,
during GCCC meetings and the coco IRC channel. As the members of the GCCC in the Chicago area
don't have the equipment or the knowledge to be able to stream the fest we've made the decision
that while we won't as a group stream the fest anyone able and willing to do so can as long as the
effort doesn't interfere with the formal flow of the fest. Since the fest is as informal as practically
possible that's not a significant restriction. For the last number of years Aaron volunteered to provide
a stream of the fest. For reasons of his own he won't be able to provide a stream this year. I'll try to
stream the fest as best as I can with the equipment I have but make no promises about the quality of the
stream. Remember I'm going to the fest to enjoy the fest not provide a professional quality stream with
$50 usb attached webcam that I have. :-)
