[Coco] Coco S-Video mod schematics

Dennis used to offer the TV Buff which was similar. I have one of those in 
my Coco 2. My TDP-100 has the Mark-Data Composite Adapter. Both are for 
Composite Monitors, rather than S-Video.

Marty Goodman published articles in the July 1983 Hot Coco Magazine (pg 36 - 
Monochrome Monitor Driver), and the August 1983 Hot Coco Magazine (pg 98 - 
Color-Monitor Driver).
