[Coco] Blank PCB for EPROM-Based Cartridge

So, if I had a 27512 in U2 and I wanted Bank One, I'd select: JP2: 1 - 2, 
JP3: 2 - 3

If I got that right, it's clear.

Though a good doc file couldn't hurt. (ducking!)

Ok, I may be stepping into another patch of quicksand, but here goes... ;)

I have a nagging suspicion that the jumper settings for my current draft of 
an EPROM board, while perfectly clear to me, may be gibberish to people who 
aren't me. Would anybody care to take a peek at my current schematic and 
tell me if it makes any sense? I'm readjusting my asbestos underwear now:
