Hurray! Drivewire Turbo mode runs at 115200 baud on my Dragon 32!

Using my DWDOS-alike stub to load HDB-DOS into RAM, the 8k of HDB-DOS
is loaded in a second. DSKINI takes 23 seconds instead of the double.
