[Coco] latest cocopedia update

I worked on cocopedia more today. For all intents and purposes the page is
complete, save for a few possible odds and ends that I will see as I peruse
it again. When Bob gets the test program for 68K I-Code written, packed and
dumped to a file for me, I will be able to add a 68K I-Code sub-page that
will explain the differences between 6809 Basic09 and 68000 Basic I-Code.
