If you want pre-built Windows binaries, I posted links here on the
list a few months ago.

Note that to build HDB-DOS you only need the HDB-DOS sources from the
Toolshed repository and a lwasm(.exe) binary.

Only for building Nitros-9 (which can also be downloaded prebuilt) you
will need the tools that are built from the Toolshed code. These tools
are also available prebuilt for Windows.
