[Coco] Update on CoCo Book

I also have my pre-order copy reserved.  I'm very anxious to see all this 
gathered (and new !!) Coco information, plus take a look at Boisy's writing 
style.  If his writing ability is anywhere close to his software excellence, 
it will be a good read indeed!!  Yo, Boisy !!

My copy is pre ordered, and I will be spreading the word.  Excellent to see
this project come to fruition.
The coco has always deserved a bit more recognition than it typically
gets.  Let's hope this book is a step in the other direction.
