[Coco] Update on CoCo Book

That's a good question. Generally speaking, the prices don't fluctuate much
post release for a book like this, but there are times when the publisher
will have discounts that affect the Amazon (and other retailer's) price.
The good thing with ordering from a place like Amazon is that you only get
charged when it actually ships, and they automatically give you the lowest
available price, meaning if the price you locked in at pre-order is cheaper
than the ship date price, you get it for the pre-order price. It's a
win-win in that regard.

I appreciate the comment about royalties. As long as the book is bought new
from somewhere, it counts as a sale. There's really no money to be made
here, but we'd love to sell lots of copies of this particular book for a
variety of reasons, including the difficulty in getting a publisher
interested in the first place. In other words, I'd love to prove them wrong
that there's not a good market for a book on an obscure topic like this!
