[Coco] VCC key mappings for OSX

I"m running VCC under Codeweavers Crossover (which simulates the software
required to run Windows apps) on OSX.

As such, Macs don't have the same keys as a PC.

There is no end key on a Mac. End is used to map to the coco's BREAK key.

I"m trying to use Disk Edtasm, but have no BREAK key at the moment

Does anyone have an idea how to get the BREAK key working (if not the rest
of the coco keys)?
