And this is why I use WISP (Wireless ISP) equipment instead of the consumer grade equipment at my place. It does't have the latest "Gee whiz"  technology but you just can't kill this stuff and I rarely have to reboot anything. Although I guess I miss out on the joys of hacking routers. :)
