[Coco] CoCo2 Composite Video Mod

See, I've tried doing the CoCo 1 style mods to the chip inside the RF 
can in the CoCo 2, but didn't get any usable output.  I wish someone 
would just publish a composite video mod that was verified to work on 
the CoCo 2, but I haven't been able to find one anywhere.
