[Coco] The most bizarre thing

 The little chip is a gate to control the big chip's addressing.
 The big chip is a controller.
 The big chip controls the -time/space continuum- and if used properly, It 
can take you back to those fond days of your youth.
 It does require a lot of power, hence the big caps.

 Use with caution. You really need to know how to program it for your 
application. You might propel yourself into a bad time in your past or even 
too far into the future.

 I too, would love to know the numbers on those chips. From there we can 
mostly figure out what it might be.
