Only as a convenience when using it for some purpose other than being
a VDG font!  I constructed it ages ago and at the time used it as
the general font for the application too (GP32 and Nintendo DS ports
of XRoar).  Just never stripped out the extra characters.

Inverse characters are selected by a control line, so there's no need
to have them in the font data itself...
