[Coco] FD ROM Images

One step forward and two steps back.

I got Flash to run.  I loaded the HDB-DOS.BIN that was created by
Wizard into Bank 0.  Set the dipswitches to point at it (I think!)
Now, it still strts up as DECB 1.1.  And it won't load/run HDB-DOS
from a floppy.  Just returns to DECB 1.1.  :-(  I tried turning the
dispswitch for CART in and off.  No difference (didn't think there
would be but when one is grasping at straws.)  I have tried setting
the MPI to Slot 3 and it locks up the whole system.

Do I need to remove the ROM from the Floppy cartridge?  Is there
something really obvious that I am missing here?
