Well, I found a partial solution
Boot-DECB or BOOTTRACK apparently is always the same (18 sectors) (not different versions or types) and contains no header OS9 (File Descriptor Sector), nor does it appear in the DIR of OS9, but if booked and block sectors on the disk allocation map sector.
Surely, what to do, will simply copy the file to the track, and block sectors
Regarding OS9Boot file:
It is composed of modules that you choose, but if I can find as a weapon, if only to place the modules one after another, or have to give an index or dictionary.
I can copy is simply a OS9Boot there, but I wanted to act as OS9Gen + COBBLER, perhaps selected by checkmarck, adding modules to OS9Boot and other possibilities
