[Coco] Adding files to a DSK

Ah! Good.

Maybe this area could be improved in the next version.

Add buttons to COPY  and DELETE files from the currently selected
DSK.

That way, one doesn't sit there scratching their head looking for the
function or needing to know that a right click at the right place
brings up an extra menu.
