[Coco] continuing to eliminate errors in the nitros9 build

Sorry, my bad.
I'm still seeing error 248 when dealing with the tano and d64 single-sided
40 track disks. There's not enough space to the files DEFS/dragonvtio.d and
startup on those disks. I guess some sacrifices will have to be made
elsewhere to fit those.
There's 22 entries where os9 copy couldn't find ccbkrn. I think they are
spread over a few makefiles. I don't know what the story is there, though.
There's no acia51.asm, although there is an acia.appendix in
/nitros9/docs/nitros9guide/ (haven't read it yet). . There is a ccbkrn.asm
file in /nitros9/level2/modules/kernel/ but it is never assembled.
Then there's the error 218 when referencing the ia.fnt file in the thexder
branch.
Getting there, though.
