I already posted a link to Win32 toolshed snapshots the other day (in
this thread). Would be nice if someone can confirm that they work well
on Cygwin (they were built on MingW but that should not matter). Just
put the *.exe files from the zip into your /usr/local/bin

I also linked to these files in the wiki build instructions.
