[Coco] make dskcopy not working

I used HG to pull the Toolshed source, and followed the instructions on the 
wiki to compile it. I get heaps of errors and warnings. I did make -C 
build/unix clean, and did it again, adding CC=gcc to the make cmd line, but 
no difference that I could see. I need to save the output of make and study 
it....
