[Coco] Setting up the /IH descriptor

Can someone help me figure out how to configure the /IH descriptor to access my HDB-DOS drives from Nitros9?

My HDB-DOS offset is $052ddc.

What does the dmode command look like if I wanted to set it to access disk 12 for example?
