I agree. The larger the book, the more unweildly it is to read, except if
it's an ebook, where size is irrelevant. I actually really like the size of
the paperback version of the CoCo book because it's rather compact and easy
to hold (though if I had my druthers, I would have wanted a bit more
whitespace rather than having the text packed so densely--I guess that's a
pitfall of a primarily academic publisher).
