[Coco] Monitor proboems

Would the high-speed poke cause problems REGARDLESS of what the colors of
the background and border?

When I use black font on a green background, the screen is steady as a rock.
No fluctuations at all.

If you can read the screen long/well enough to try it, you can see if it is
the double speed causing the issue. Run BASIC09, type 'E' to edit, and then
type in a 1 line program:
" POKE 65494,0" (don't put in the quotes, but put in the space before the
'P'). Then hit 'Q' to quit the editor, and then type RUN.
This will kick NitrOS-9 down to .895 MHz, and then you can see if your
screen issues continue.
