Hi Glen,,
Me being from Europe Belgium, recognizes your name as being Dutch ( The Netherlands ), and if so there is no right way to spell it. Having that said the most common way I think to spell it is with spaces. Also it has a special meaning if you have a capital letter in the beginning of the second syllable. I think it has to do with aristocratism, but I ‘m not really sure.
Van Den Biggelaar Glen = aristocrat ( or higher stand in society )
Van den Biggelaar Glen = common
Writing it with or without spaces is poetic liberty ( in which you can spell any word at your convenience.)
Of course once you write it without on legal documents you’re stuck … LOL
greetings

You can just leave it with no spaces. I asked my Grandfather once about it and he did not even know if officially there was spaces or not.

BTW, Bill made a note in our errata about the spelling of your last
name. Do you put spaces between Van Den and Biggelaar? Or do you prefer
no spaces? (VanDenBiggelaar)?
Best regards.
