Yeah, I did. Rbdw.dr and dwio.sb are required for use with DW.
I was using a customized dw.bl (included ../MODULES/RBF/ddd0_80d.dd instead
of ../MODULES/RBF/ddx0.dd).
The ../MODULES/CLOCKS/clock2_dw is default.

Which clock2 are you using ? There is one for DW:
../MODULES/CLOCKS/clock2_dw
