Those are MB81464-12 (used in my MSX before the 256 upgrade). I
changed for the M5M4464P (from the coco3 before upgrade) and the coco3
drams take 5 seconds to completely discharge agains +1 minute of the
WSX one.
Using 16K I have no latency at all.
