Then at what offsets are each OS9 partition accessed at. I know how to do this with hdbdos, but not quite sure how you would implement this in OS9. And how about drive descriptor settings?

no i created multiple partitions to make room for several os-9 flavours like
level1, level1 lowercase, level2, level2 6309 and even os-9 2.0 (phoenix)
version.

That, generally, starts at the next sector after the end of the os9
partition, so if DD.DSK in LSN0 is the first 3 bytes, and for os9 it is,
then add one to that to set your offset in HDB-DOS, that will be the start
of vdisk0. 630 sectors. Then vdisk1 starts at DD.DSK + 1 + 630, etc etc
until you have the 256 virtual drives, if the media is big enough.
