[Coco] OT: situational improvement

It looks like my computer problem is solved for now. I now have the use of
a Dell Optiplex GX240 tower. It only has a 1.6 GHz P4 processor, 640 megs
of RAM (yes, MEGS), and a 80 Meg HD. The drive may just be big enough to
hold all of XP, Office 2003 and the software I want to use. I will be
working more on the cocopedia site, as well as continuing work on
unpack/decode. I believe I am still able to make the deadline for a
cocofest debut. I also believe I will be making it to the fest finally.
This year is proving to be a more positive experience for me. Wish me well
on what lies ahead. I'll need it. ;)
