Coco3.com has been down for a couple of yeasr now. Roger Taylor sold it to someone else and it's still there but nothing but spammers inhabit the place. No one uses it anymore

I recently registered to access Coco3.com after trying for months to access
it using my old login and password without success, and not being able to
get anyone's attention to my problems.

Recently, I re-registered with a new name and email address, only to be sent
an email giving me a password. Now, using the password, I get a message that
"You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page." 

What's it there for then?
