I recently registered to access Coco3.com after trying for months to access
it using my old login and password without success, and not being able to
get anyone's attention to my problems.

Recently, I re-registered with a new name and email address, only to be sent
an email giving me a password. Now, using the password, I get a message that
"You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page." 

What's it there for then?
