Bill,
As long as you don't "EXEC" it,  should be OK to use the same addresses.
The first address should be &H4FD0 not &HFD0, I'm sure it was a typo.

When I CLOADM the HDBDOSC3 program from tape, do I still use the SAVEM
"HDBDOSC3.BIN",&HFD0,&H7000,&H4FD0 or do I need different addresses for the
Coco3. Those addys were what I was told for the Coco2.
