Luis,

This is something I **might** consider.

Most couldn't assemble the CPLD device on the board and it isn't even considered fine pitch.

These are time intensive to build.

How many can you project?

I have little contact with Dragon users or knowledge of the machine. I know what it is..don't have one....

Please advise.

Mark

Subject: [Coco] Unleashing the Dragon: native HDB-DOS/SuperIDE for Dragon32

Hi all,

Thanks to the extensive work and the vacation time of Tormod Volden, now we
have HDB-DOS running natively on Dragon32/64. I just helped him to find the
last few bugs testing on a real tano with superide.

It's kinda strange, you run RSDOS on a Dragon but it works as the video
shows:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U3ACnIQ-gHk&feature=youtu.be

I'm using my coco CF card image so lots of stuff just don't work or have
the garbled keyboard as you see the NitrOS-9.

Also all basic programs must be saved in ASCII on a coco and then loaded
and saved on Dragon. I flashed the new ROM on superIDE bank 0, so I just
change a switch to plug it on a dragon or coco.

Didn't test but Tormod has a working DW for it too.

Hey Mark, you should consider doing a last batch of superIDEs. You retired
this great product without notice! Or at least outsource the PCB production
hehe :)

Make a retirement product limited edition so you can charge more for this ;)

Serious, Dragon people will bug you from now and your brand new next-gen
device wont be dragon compatible from day 0 :(
