[Coco] DRAMs wanted

Hello all, before trolling on eBay, thought I'd check here -- I have a 
Tandy 1000 HX that I'd like to increase memory on, this consists of 
adding 8 chips to the existing memory board, the old radio shack guide 
described the "kit" as this:

256K DRAM kit
      The 25-1079 consists of eight 256K X 1 DRAMS at 150 nanoseconds.
      RSU # 10542140

I'm guessing 150 ns or faster would be fine... anyway if anyone had some 
and wanted to get a little $$ for future coco projects, send me an email :)
