[Coco] CoCo-X project

Guys, Gary earlier wrote on this list that he had a hard time restricting
shipping to the U.S., something imposed by Amazon, but he was willing to
help find a solution. I have also been in contact directly with him about
this, since I live on the other side of the Atlantic.

In principle, it cannot be against Amazon's rules that the boards are
shipped to a willing intermediary person, who can then ship it on?
